As an inpatient and outpatient, my experience of Kings College Hospital has been exemplary. I had full confidence in Dr Aitchison and Dr Sattar because of a focus on patient care, excellent communication and well defined processes. Throughout, they always gave clear explanations and always listened to me. I would highly recommend the cardiothoracic and pulmonology departments at KCH Dubai Hills.

My experience at Kings was with Dr. James Douglas Aitchison, a Cardiothoracic surgeon. In the first meeting itself we felt connected to him. I had a giant emphesema bulla and it had to be removed surgically. He explained to us each and every detail about the pros and cons of the surgery and gave us confidence that it is possible to get it out through a keyhole surgery rather than a big open surgery. The surgery went on very well right from the anaesthetists to post surgical care everything was excellent.
